Returns and Exchanges


  • Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it, and report any manufacturer defects within 72 hours
  • If an item develops a defect within 30 days of purchase, it may also be returned
  • If any defects are found, email us here for a Return Authorization Number (please include your order number, date of purchase, and feel free to attach any pictures)
  • Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, further instructions on returning your item(s) will be given in the email
  • If the same item is in stock, your product will be replaced; if the same item is not in stock, you may choose a substitute item(s) of equal value, or refund of the purchase price


  • Exchanges may be given at the cost of the purchaser (shipping charges to send the item back, as well as shipping of the new item will be your responsibility)
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging (a.k.a. resaleable condition)
  • Please email us here for a Return Authorization Number, prior to shipping your item back
