Returns
- Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it, and report any manufacturer defects within 72 hours
- If an item develops a defect within 30 days of purchase, it may also be returned
- If any defects are found, email us here for a Return Authorization Number (please include your order number, date of purchase, and feel free to attach any pictures)
- Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, further instructions on returning your item(s) will be given in the email
- If the same item is in stock, your product will be replaced; if the same item is not in stock, you may choose a substitute item(s) of equal value, or refund of the purchase price
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be given at the cost of the purchaser (shipping charges to send the item back, as well as shipping of the new item will be your responsibility)
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging (a.k.a. resaleable condition)
- Please email us here for a Return Authorization Number, prior to shipping your item back
